It’s 30 min from old town and the shuttles don’t start till 4 everyday. The staff try to swindle every check! Be sure to confirm all of your charges there! The pool was pretty dirty. It’s salt water. The rooms are gorgeous. The sheets and towel are horrible! The spa was great! Food was surprisingly awesome but again… everything but the cafe didn’t open till 4. Overall is was good but not enough to return. I just felt like the general agenda there was to screw you over every chance they got vs actual hospitality.

Can not wait to go back! Pools are large and comfortable. The rooms are very nice, ( not huge) but then again I was in a Deluxe room with pool view....lots of food choices, casino is huge and lots of fun.Only downfall drinks are not complimentary.

This is my first time coming to this location. I planned a little stay-cation with my wife and got a deluxe room. Once we arrived we checked in and went straight to the room, in the room we were on the 9th floor with a great view and the room was very clean and neat!! The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are quiet and it has a great shower!!. Went down to enjoy the pool, got some drinks and later that night did some gambling. Over all we both had a great time and can not wait to go back!!

Keep it that way please and you will always get five stars from me!!This place is always good to me!!If you're staying in the Phoenix area and don't want to be downtown, this is excellent option! Rooms are nice. Casino is awesome. Pool is the best in town!!

Get the players card especially if you are a veteran. The extra discounts are great. Also, it is rare to go somewhere that being a veteran is so appreciated. I will make it a point to go back. From the valet to the convince store people ,probably the best hotel/casino I have ever been to.

Very nice resort. We went to check out the decorations & found a beautiful area with native items. Some were amazing & the photos & pictures were wonderful. One set of native people was done to were they looked like the photos were antiques. The artistry of all the items on display are hard to describe, but they were breathtaking and beautiful.We ate at the Blue Coyote Cafe, food was amazing. We were informed that every thing is made fresh and you could tell it was freshly made. Many things to choose from, we had a hard time deciding what to get.The grilled cheese with bacon & fries was delicious, we also got the two eggs meal which also come with hash browns. Another person got the Asian noodle dish, we couldn't stop talking about how good everything tasted and shared samples with each other. Definitely a place we will visit again. Views are beautiful from the back window area looking to the mountains.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. the rooms were super super clean. I should know because I've worked in housekeeping. housekeeping went above and beyond. they showed me how to drain the tub as it's not the usual drain stopper. the shower and tub in our room was amazing. The restaurant/ cafe was amazing. staff was so kind and help me order the best on the menu. see picture of breakfast under 20 dollars 😱.

We stayed here for a quick night!One thing to note, the resort and the resort amphitheater are not at the same location, so if you're seeing a show there, don't make the same mistake we made and stay 30 miles away by accident.Aside from that, we had an utterly wonderful time here. Decent gaming floor, loved the Blue Coyote Cafe (make sure you look for the picture behind the reception desk of the coyote with a hot dog).Floors could have been cleaner. There were dirty cups and bags of trash along the hallways that weren't picked up the whole time we were there.Loved our room. The mattresses were so comfortable to sleep on. Excellent Aircon.The pool looked super fun and I wish we had time to check it out!

Great place to go when you have some extra money. The recently added sections where the Poker room and buffet used to be are really nice, and the slots in those new areas seem to pay out well. I only wish they would bring back the $5 buy in Blackjack tables.

Stayed here for 3 nights and was so happy with our stay. Service was very good all staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and beautiful. Views here are amazing! We can’t wait to go back!

nice place. Hotel rooms were good but I don't like a rain shower head much. The water didn't get cool for my other family members in the shower. it was either hot or super hot.the ocean seafood restaurant was pretty good. the Mexican food was decent as well.the players card does not offer much in terms of benefits vs places like MGM.like most casinos in this area you have to pay for drinks even when gambling which to me just rubs me wrong. If you ask the Pit Boss to buy you around though you might get lucky though.

I have no complaints about this resort. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and professional. Our room had pool and mountain views and it was so nice to open up the windows to the view in the morning. The showers have waterfall heads and are spacious, no bench seat though. They have employees driving golf carts around the large parking lots to pick you up and take you to the front if you have long walks. The place as a whole just has a fun mood and energy as a whole and definitely has my husband and I excited to come back in the future. I will be recommending this place to those I know!

My group had the most memorable experience. We spent the whole day there! Got our massages in the AM then relaxed in the hot tub and pools in the evening time. They have bars near the pools too so that was nice to be able to have drink options so close. Our massages all went well and we left feeling super refreshed. My favorite part was taking a shower with the views! So much fun.

It was one of the best hotels that I've stayed at. The room was awesome and had an awesome view. Wish we could have spent another day there and we will some day. Also if you're a veteran, if you sign up with their reward program whish is free you will get 15 dollars a month for free for the casino which isn't too bad.

It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere, but I guess that’s why you come here to enjoy the resort style establishment. The room was kind of small even though I reserved a king size suite, the casino was nice, everything was clean. The staff was nice and helpful too! Too bad I didn’t try any of the restaurants, they all smelled delicious walking by them! We’ll have to visit again to update my review.

Incredible casino resort located in Scottsdale on reservation land. The price was incredibly fair for our stay, including uncommonly fair prices for everything in the resort, such as food and drinks. Free valet parking. Resort fee included all bottled water. Pool was very comfortable. Casino was vast and beautiful. Multiple dining options. Located in proximity to many other great locations including Top Golf, aquarium, ect.Golf course was beautiful but 105f is too hot for golf.Service was 10/10Will 100% stay here again.

This is a very nice place. We just went to the casino (twice!) but I’ve also played golf there. It is very clean, non-smoking, and pleasant, and I like it.We ate there and it was pretty good. I’m sure you can get some great food there, but it’s not cheap really.One downer was drinks served on the casino floor were $9+, and weren’t even good.Al in all, I would say it’s one of the nicer casinos I’ve been to, especially since it’s non-smoking.

We went for the casino action and had a blast. Me and the crew stayed a few hours on the blackjack table with some amazing dealers. Everyone of the dealers had outstanding personalities and even coached a little knowledge for the table rooks. Definitely be back! Thanks again!!!

The front desk clerk was cordial, efficient and kind. The room was very clean. They had a beautiful soaking tub. Wished we had a longer visit. We will plan it better next time to stay longer to enjoy the amenities. Unfortunately, we were only there one night. I am looking forward to returning to enjoy the hotel amenities!

Nice local resort. Enjoyed the live music in Friday night and the food at the restaurants. Prices weren't that out of line. The gaming however was a bust. The machines eat $20s as an appetizer. It loves $100 too. No joy I must say just watching your money go down the drain. It doesn't matter how colorful the machine is..

Casino is nice. Like clean, well lit, and lots of nearby people if you need assistance. I really cannot underline how *nice* this place is. Does not have that grungy feel like in other places.We play roulette and it was bumping on a Saturday night, but we found a machine that served 25 people at a time making craps, roulette and black jack at the same time. Min bet was 25¢ so right priced for some fun.

To start, it was super easy to get in an out of. Parking was fine. We went on a weekend where there was a pool party. A bit bizarre to me that people staying at the resort had to pay an additional cost to attend the pool party (the pool was limited access to people only with tickets)Next was the service. We were given a $25 voucher to redeem for the casino and we went to redeem it. We won an additional $10 from a scratcher as well!! The First Lady who helped us was so kind. We had to go back for additional help and the Second Lady was very condescending towards us and her coworkers. I wish I got her name.The whole experience was great. Close by everything we wanted to do including the aquarium and TopGolf!

If you want to get away and get a little vibe of the casino life in Phoenix, this is where you go located in Scottsdale not too far from Old Town. I really love this place. I came here because there was a U.S.A social gathering. Unfortunately that didn’t happen, but we were able to experience the food the service happiness to singing. It was just a great good time definitely a four-star visit.

I was winning hit payouts after payouts! Had hand pays adding up to 10,000 for the day . I stayed in the room for a rate of $135. The next day lost all my money. The room to book again was going to be $300. Tip to any professional gambler. Don’t stay the next day if u win they will get there money back

Location is great. The golf course is fantastic. I love the food. My favorite thing about the room was the shower and the bathtub. The bathtub will fill up in under a minute with hot water and is big enough for a tall guy like me. These guys did it, right

Spent a night in the RV lot here and all staff were fantastic. We had a gentleman walk us to the gift shop where you purchase your registration for the night. Which is where we met Viviana, who helped us around. Walked us to the different locations we needed to go to get checked in and gave us a rundown of the place. She was so kind and patient! Thank, Viviana for helping us out!

Junior suite over looking the golf course and pool with an oversized balcony served amazing views for sunset and to wake up to.The renovated poker room is the best I’ve ever been to. The drinks are a bit high with beers at $8 (even when gambling), but still highly recommend a visit.

Outstanding customer service!!! Our bellman was amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly, I wish I could recall his name to give him kudos. The valet drivers were all super friendly and polite, what a great staff.My friends and I felt like we received The Royal treatment from all the wonderful staff members and vow that we'll be back again for another exciting weekend stay.

I visited this casino on a business trip. I used to deal cards in Vegas, but I'm a slot player. I hated this casino. First it smells - like beef vegetable soup mixed with weed and cheap perfume. It's filthy - glasses and beer bottles everywhere, spilled drinks near machines with sticky surfaces. The slot area isn't huge, and the selection isn't great - all new games with $8 and up max bets. The selection was much better at Casino Arizona. The tight machines had the lowest payouts and rarely gave bonuses. I lost $500 in about an hour. I won't be back.

I just left the resort after a 2 night stay for a business event. When I walked out front I asked the employee outside (who I thought was a valet but now know was a Bell staff) how I would go about getting a taxi to the airport. He asked what kind of taxi and I said "like a yellow cab or something". He went to his coworker, who was in the shuttle for the resort, who told him something along the lines of "he's on property". After which he told me they had a taxi coming. A large black SUV pulled up with "TAXI" in the front window. I said "this is a taxi?" as the employee took my bags to load them in the car. I was assured it was a taxi and they put me in the car. When we arrived at the airport I found out it was costing me TWICE AS MUCH for the ride. I had no choice but to pay the extortion fees. I called the resort and spoke to Tony who informed me that it was a ride share driver they use as they don't have taxi cans on site. I had 4 hours before my flight. I would have been HAPPY to call a cab if given the number and wait for them. Instead I feel like I was screwed badly. To top it off, since I was on company business I will put it in my expense report - but since it is way above the standard taxi rate I will be forced to pay for it out of my pocket. I'm just blown away that this kind of scam still exists.

Mother Day getaway with 87 year old mom. Shower was walk in but no support bars for elderly in shower, only handle was on door which opened out so in a quick grab would make falling worse. Liked outside patio by pool. Was relaxing. Bistro in casino reasonably priced, and eatery on main floor for breakfast was excellent!

We had an absolute blast. The casino was non-smoking and that was one reason we stayed so long. I like breathing and will be coming back strictly because of this non smoking policy. Winning was nice too. 😅😀

Not really walkable to other things in the area, but still a convenient location. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds and pillows. The casino staff were fun and friendly at the tables. In fact, staff was great everywhere. We were here for a work conference and I was very pleased with how well they kept up with such a large group the entire week.

Talking Stick was very expensive for us, but wanted to stay where the show was. We were not let down!! Every single staff member was polite and helpful! The rooms were clean and quiet. I actually won money off and on all day! We ate at The Blue Coyote Cantina and the food was excellent! Our waitress, Olivia, was friendly and helpful! We ordered coffee and muffins at The Black Fig in the morning, and everything was great! I can't recommend this venue enough! What an amazing experience!!

Talking Stick is my favorite casino in Arizona, and I've never had a bad experience there. In fact, I've won $22k on slots alone in the first four months of 2024! Last year was just as good—I was up $33k on slots by the end of 2023. I don't play table games, only slots, mostly in the high-limit section. However, when I do play outside of that area, I usually bet the maximum denomination on whatever slot I'm playing.Do I win every time? Of course not. It's called "gambling" for a reason. I understand the risks and have had losing streaks that seemed never-ending. But in the end, I've been able to maintain my profit margins. Maybe I shouldn't be saying this (Talking Stick might tighten their slots), but who knows. Do I have a system? Sure, it's called shoveling in $100s and hoping to win as much as I can.The recent gaming floor renovations are outstanding, and parking in the garage is rarely a problem. The size of the gaming floor does a great job of accommodating the number of players during busier hours. I've eaten several times at their restaurant, Ocean Trail. The food is outstanding—pricey but good. The service could be a bit better, but the staff is always friendly and the food is served hot.I love Talking Stick! Good luck, fellow gamblers!

Visited Talking Stick Casino earlier today and a cocktail waitress was pretty rude. I paid too much for a dirty martini and it wasn't that good! I was disappointed to say the least. We also ate at the Black Fig and order the roast beef grilled cheese. I was unable to eat the roast beef because it was so tough. My experience there today was not great, it will be a long time before I visit again.

Fun but lost some money, great atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and it felt as if they wanted everyone at the craps table to win.Drinks took a little long to be delivered to the table but it was pretty busy, I would recommend taking a break from hitting 6’s and 8’s and head up to the bar yourself if you are looking to get drinks quick.All in all, a great experience and I will be back next time I’m in the area

Nice hotel overall with a few little squeaks.Check-in was friendly and easy.Rooms were nice overall. Lots of windows and a spacious (if very noisy from AC plant) balcony. Nice bathroom, with a cool (if somewhat impractical) rain shower. Bed was comfy, but pillows were tiny and not very good quality.Hallway ls have a cool floor to ceiling windows that give the appearance of being open to the outside.A little hitch with their check out system (errors on the TV interface and then later prompted to checkout via web, and again more errors.Also, prior occupants belonging left in the room. “Jake”, your electric toothbrush is probably still there. We didn’t move it 🙂.

The rooms are beautiful, the coffee spot was awesome and we had dinner in the Cafe downstairs and had a lovely dinner there. The casino is on the smaller side but plenty big enough for a short stay. We hope to visit again soon!

Had so much fun there today!! I wasn't a big winner but the lady sitting next to me won a jackpot prize. I've only experienced the slots but I do plan to explore the restaurants and other amenities. Can't wait to go back!!

I called and the lady who answered transferred me to automated line, said I have to email and should hear back in 24 hours… this is supposed to be a upscale resort but I had a motel 6 experience… this is unacceptable.Reviews and online conversations can have a big impact on business as we all know… maybe shape up the way your establishment is ran

I play here every year in a golf tournament for the Arizona Wireless Association. The 2 courses are nice and greens roll fast. It's always a good time. People are friendly. They remodel the casino main building often. Always new & up to date as far as aesthetics.They have some nice resturants, and a good vibe. I live in the valley, so I frequent the casino and enjoy myself when I visit.

This place was absolutely amazing. We flew in from Ohio and got checked in with no issues. The hotel front desk was super accommodating and so was housekeeping. Everyone in this casino has been so friendly. The two pools they had on site were so clean and barely many people out using them making it very nice. The location of the resort is great. Very easy to navigate to and from. Plenty of parking. The food here is absolutely amazing. I can honestly say this is the best vacation my husband and I ever had and we will definitely be back to the Talking Stick Resort. The room was incredible for the 5 days we stayed. I wish we could have stayed longer but time to go. The slots were tight we won some and lost some. But overall it was an amazing time. Can't wait to come back. Everyone go stay here won't be disappointed. Clean rooms, awesome hospitality, service quick, smoke free as well inside the casino.

Good luck getting a drink at a slot machine. The servers walk really fast by you, and you can't even order, that is, until you hit a big hand pay jackpot, then they can't remember how to walk fast to get your drink! Or they stand right next to you and say they will tell the server in your section. Take my money to her and tell her where I am since you can find her so easily! Just go to the bar, or play at a table if you want service.

Had a wonderful experience spending the night in a room with a fabulous view. Very well appointed. Everyone there was very nice at the resort and it was so much fun to go out and see the giant saguaro cactus everywhere. The casino is fun to walk in on with a pretty low noise levels. There are plenty of restaurants in bars especially up on the high floors where there are patios with a spectacular view. There are lovely cultural galleries and artwork installations around that celebrate the Native American heritage. Great Casino but why is there no soap dispensary to clean hands in the casino area? it would be nice to have some around the casino to clean hands. All the other casino's have them as you exit. Also, there is no restrooms. on the west side area with the new slots and poker room. Have to walk quite a ways to the other side of the casino to use a restroom

Nice place with great hotel rooms. Simple dining and retail opportunities are a little limited. Very nice upscale dining is more available. Golf courses are well maintained and very playable. Not all that challenging, however, and maybe a little pricey compared to other courses in the area that offer more intriguing design.

Fantastic, from steam room to whirlpool and scrub therapy, jeez you can't it. All the staff were very nice to us (group of 4)From out of town, will add to my next "To Do List" when I visit again. Thanks ladies👍👌

It's a fun place to do a stay cation. Many outlets for food and drink. Huge pool and hot tub. Cabanas on the west side for more privacy if that's what you are looking for. They keep the place clean. If you like to gamble, they have many tables and machines. Will be back.

2nd time I've been there we went to play the slot machines and it was great both times! It wasn't super crowded like most casinos. You have you wait for a machine, and it's slim picking on the ones that are available. They also have a nightclub, which I'd like to check out someday soon. It's very clean, the staff is friendly and the vibe was great!

Great place. Rooms are very nice, bathroom large, showers among the very best ever. Everything is clean, food is great and prices reasonably, service in restaurants great. I would happily stay here again. Staff very helpful and polite.

It's a casino. I understand that I'm going to lose, but seriously. One I was asked once if I wanted anything to drink. I wasn't even asking for a free drink. Plus 1k in less than 30 minutes. What's the hold 99%? Will never return

Know this... I've noticed that the machines are loser on Thursday or at least I win on Thursday's and lose on Fridays. Great atmosphere. When you get a players card for the first time they load it with $25.00! Downside is that you have to pay for your drinks even if you're playing and they are a minimum of $9.00...

Doesn't worth the price. Beds are soft. Room is not very clean. No breakfast included, charges a little extra for fees fee. Pools are not great. No sauna, stream room for extra 50$. No complementary at casino. Nothing special...

A beautiful classy intimate concert venue at the Talking Stick Resort Casino. The employee service was so professional. You add the "Outlaws", a spectacular southern rock band of over 50 years. this is a band that plays for anybody and everybody that still "digs" good, solid rock vocals and equally polished high-caliber guitar solos. The latest six member "Outlaws" line-up is probably one of the finest incarnations of the band since its inception.

This resort is absolutely stunning. The pool areas are so nice. We had a ground floor so we could just walk right out to the pool from our deck area, very secluded area. The food there was so good. Room service was awesome, but expensive. The casino was fun. Machines are a bit tight. But lots of variety to choose from, same goes with the tables. If you’re ever planning a trip to a casino check out Arizona Casino.

Cool casino with lots going on. Loved all the changing lights on the outside of the motel and on the steps inside as you walked up and down them. Listened to a great band at the central bar area. Took a walk up to the 15th floor to check out the view. Neat pools and area.

We were there for the Jay Leno show last night. The way the local casinos handle events is awful. Every time I go to one I’ve come to expect complete chaos & miss handling of just about every aspect of the night. Last night was no different. On top of that one of the ladies handling the line was completely incompetent, rude, & disrespectful. Hoping these entertainers will stop booking shows at these places. While I usually always enjoy the performers show, the rest of the nonsense is getting to be not worth it. And other than the money spent on the ticket I did not drop an additional dime at the venue. I would have like to enjoyed a cocktail during the show. However after the unbelievable incident that happened while we were in line I was not spending any additional money with this establishment.Jay did a great show! Hope he is booked somewhere else next time he comes back to the valley.

Our stay at Talking Stick resort was outstanding. Delicious food in their restaurants especially the Blue Coyote cafe & the Black fig coffee bistro. The room was stunning, modern & comfortable. We loved all the pools & the casinos. The staff were super accommodating & helpful! We definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Phoenix.
